How you can access or change your information

Since Koala Wallet is a non-custodial wallet application, we do not have access to your recovery phrase or private key(s), as it is stored only locally on the phone in secure storage. Private cryptographic data are not in any way shared with our Services or with 3rd party data brokers or service providers. Public keys, transaction IDs, addresses and other non-sensitive data may be shared outside of the app with Services, websites and/or providers such as but not limited to blockchain explorers and crypto purchasing onramps. At your discretion, you may at any time delete the locally-stored private cryptographic data under Settings from local secure data storage.

You may delete your Koala wallet (recovery phrase, private key(s) and app PIN) at any time from the app's settings. Please remember that when you delete your account wallet, it does not affect the data on the block chain related to your public address. Please also note that Koala Wallet does not ever store your cryptographic data outside of the application, so if you do decide to delete the application, make sure you have a copy of your cryptographic data in a secure, offline place. We do provide a feature within the App that will display your locally stored cryptographic data to you in readable form so that you may write it down and keep a copy of the key information off of your device.
